Portfolio Management
The traditional institutional asset management track. Focuses on institutional investors (pensions, endowments, sovereign wealth funds), multi-asset portfolio construction, and active overlay trading strategies.
Private Wealth Management
Designed for wealth advisors and family offices. Deep dive into high-net-worth tax location strategies, cross-border estate planning, philanthropic structures, and concentrated asset divestment.
Private Markets
Tailored for private equity, venture capital, and private credit professionals. Covers general partner/limited partner (GP/LP) governance, capital deployment pacing, and private asset valuation.

How Level III Essays Are Graded
Level III essay answers are typed into the Prometric computer system. They are graded by panels of charterholders using strict, point-based grading keys:
- No Literary Flow Needed: Graders look for specific financial keywords, formulas, and conclusions. Grammatical prose and complete sentences earn zero extra credit.
- Bullet Points Win: Writing concise, numbered bullet points matching the command words ensures graders immediately locate your scoring arguments.
- Command Words Matter: "Calculate" requires numerical steps. "Justify" requires tying a specific fact from the case to your conclusion.
